Order to Shipping Process
Once a customer has placed a website order with no funding errors, the request is sent to a fulfilment and shipping company. Once the order is created and fulfilled, your items will then be sent to the address requested.
Tracking Your Order
You can sign up for email tracking notifications to receive up to date shipping information and progress. The sign up for shipping notifications is located at the bottom of your order tracking page. This will be sent out once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. (See example below.)
Please note it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier's tracking system.
Product Shipping Details
Some products you order may be individually packages to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products that will ship separately are:
- Pillows with Stuffing
- Framed Posters
- Water Bottles
It is recommended that you use a physical address when creating your order to ensure smooth delivery.
If a wrong address was entered at the time of your order, the local post may still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address, in some scenarios.
If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to the fulfilment center and Natural Reflection Art will be notified once it is received back. Natural Reflection Art will contact you to need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.
